Turnips

Week 17: BabyCenter says the babies weigh as much as a turnip (5 oz), and are ~5" from head to bottom.

 

Oh yes I did!

C would really like to wear the new baby snowsuit to bed tonight, since his Thomas footies are in the wash.  It's a 0-3 monther.  Good luck with that!

Welcome to week 16!  The big ultrasound was this week and we got our first good look. The fuzzy blueberry stage offered the surprise of seeing two flickering hearts (end wk 7), but there is nothing that compares to seeing what actually looks like babies bouncing around in there!  I loved seeing the cute little hands and feet, and those noggins pow-wowing together.

We learned the twins are boys this week  ~ I guess Dad will get his hockey team after all!

Next appt: June 7th.  Already can't wait!
