May 29th-June 4th

J left; D right
(5/29) Kathy tried bits of banana with J and he did really well with it.  I decided to try it again at dinner time, and thought I might as well try D with them as well.  D actually ate most of the bites that I put in his mouth.  Both boys are getting pretty good at grabbing the Puffs and getting them into their mouths.  J gets frustrated with the banana and not getting it in his mouth fast enough, and D is just so excited in general that he sits there waving his hands at the food.

(5/30) Everyone slept in today! Yay!  As soon as we got up, we were off and running.  Soccer was first up this morning for C, and thankfully it was dry and warm enough today that we could hang out during practice and afterward while C played.  Went home and the boys had lunch and then I put them down for naps right about the time that Nanan arrived.  They slept while C & I did the preschool thing and then woke up not too long after we got back.  We had dinner together and J went from screeching for more food to passed out within a seconds.  They also both tried some strawberries this evening, since I apparently can't eat anything in front of them without a meltdown.

Eating is harrrrrd.
(5/31) Today was the boys' day with their dad and C's very last day of preschool. Sniff! My babies are growing up too fast!  Oma, Opa & Nanan came with us to preschool graduation.  J and I walked at the back of the room, and D sat with Oma or Dad.  J passed out near the end of the ceremony, so Opa got a chance to lug him around.

(6/1) Work day for Dad & me, and the boys spent the day with Kathy.  J was tired and fell asleep eating again. Kathy said he tried some steamed carrots today and did great.  I came home to happy, hungry boys and the evening flew by.

(6/2) Today, we got to hang out at home.  J had blueberry pancakes with C this morning.  D wasn't as interested, but did try a little bit.  Sarah brought Jordan & Jamie over to play for a bit and the twins lasted for about 10 minutes, and then they wanted lunch and naps.  They pretty much napped the afternoon away, but woke up in time for dinner.  They had spaghetti, which I videoed.  Hee!

(6/3) C and Dad headed out camping this afternoon. We're not quite ready to take the twins, so Nanan came to stay the night with us so she will be here in the a.m. when I'm at work.

(6/4) Monday again. Nanan has the twins until Dad & C get back from their camping trip. Hope they had a wonderful time!
